Forgot to add the coverage part , but yes. Elons tirade on X certainly didn't help things, and the narrative that the state made it difficult for him to send vital equipment to affected areas certainly doesn't bode well for democrats.

Or will it bite Trump instead? Refusing to give any money to help with post Hurricane relief when he first came to office? Telling people of NC at his speech that he doesn't even want to be there?
