AM leaving was a shame. But you can only take so much. Good on him.
Briza will always fly in and out. Depending on how his posting needles those at SKOB head office. He's never done them any favours on here so is always prone to being disciplined. I personally think they get a little heavy handed.
Fortunately I'm still around which is very good.

Looks like another awful day with the wind.

Yep. Maybe a few sneaky upsets due to the wind? Surely the Hedgeburners get it done today. On paper they still have a cracking team. I might sneak down for a quarter today to see what's up with them. Very strange. Will also see if Raph and the Tiprat come to spoil the party. Must win game for Scribes old boys.

Interesting first quarter. Trinity were good for first 20 mins, but Beauy kicked three late, so lead 5.3 to 2.1
Beauy had a 4 goal breeze, so Trinity should get back in it by half time.
Umpy paid a rediculous deliberate behind against Trinity that resulted in a Beauy goal.

To the delight of the Beauy faithful, the Tiprat kicks a ripper into the wind from 40 out to finish the half.
Beauy 7.4.46, Trinity 5.6.36
Sad to see Iezzi talking at quarter time. Not right. Spent a bit of time with his mids, then the group. Not sure a solid message of how to attack with the strong wind was relayed very well. Tough times for the Hedgeburners who so nearly reached the summit. Big last half required or B grade beckons.

3/4 Time: Beauy 9.11 vs Trinity 7.6
Wasteful quarter by the Sharks.
It's windy. This game could be in Chicago. I fear that last week may repeat itself for the Sharks with Trinity coming over the top. It's a gale..

Thriller at the Daley!!
Beauy cling on and defeat the Hedgeburners by a goal. Amazing last 5 minutes. Emotional win.
That's what's so good about our comp. Relegation / Promotion keeps it enchanting to the end.
Shark attack...

Draw at the Trott!

Anyone there to give a rundown?

On iPhone using BigFooty.com mobile app
To be honest we were lucky to get away with the draw.

Also for anyone caring to watch the game online, whoever loads the games up has loaded the Collegians vs Uni Blacks game from earlier this season instead of the correct one!

No idea who you notify about that to get it fixed up.

Reflecting on yesterday, what a fall the OT's have had.
Small crowd, no halftime spread, canteen had no hot food at all by the time the senior game started, a captain/coach..
Bizarre. It was only the site of big Rambo carrying around water bottles that filled me with any type of Hedgeburner joy.
A tough day for the faithful out there. Fortunately for them, the Blacks couldn't get across the line. So whilst a big step towards salvation wasn't achieved, at least their main competition wasn't improving their cause.
VAFA..keeping it real..making us feel...

No he didn't, and I'm sure his twitter box is getting a workout. Our very own Donald Trump. Have you got a twitter account Bedders?

Ludicrous conditions out west yesterday, U19s in (literally) 100km/h winds screaming down the ground. Four quarters of ugly tap-ruck-scramble-kick-wait for the ball to be retrieved. First time I have ever seen a boundary umpire score a behind from a throw-in near the fifty. In the end the fieldies just did a low ball-up where the ball would have landed on a normal day.

Couple of nailbiters there, any news from the De La game?

Well I can only go by what the great SKOBS man told me. He said he closed his account. Unless you can provide proof, i'll go with what he told me.
