Athletic but needs to work on footballing?

Noticing JHF doing a decent amount of walking from zone to zone while the ball is in play. It's not constant but it is noticeable.

Ruck work is ok but it's his disposal around the ground I'm worried about. Keeps kicking low leading to our guys not being able to make or having to stall while they stand back up. Kills progression up the ground
