No, I was pointing out that all the other coaches are prepared to play their draft picks but Scott isn’t.

Now your saying I’m all over your comments when just the other day you were accusing me of ignoring you. You sound like a petulant 12 year old.

Now, tell us just how we get a better midfield. Let’s all pray Gaff comes because throwing the money around has really worked for us.

Wat is post 635 in the Pre Game Thread? Is that ^^^ wat you are saying? Because I misread your sarcasm and by the looks so did Wild Bill

That was two weeks ago when you didn’t respond re Scott/Jz

Last week I was hinting for you to put me on ignore

Today I am saying put me on ignore

On a midfield...Gaff ain’t leaving Eagles, so it’s back to the draft or as you keep saying Trade Jz. His $$$$ keep rising with each week as far as most of us see.

Answer the question!

Life just shits you sometimes. How many games do we have to be player down in?

Surprised Jack’s missed sitter hasn’t had more focus. Think they took it straight back up and capitalised. Really hurt.

The window of luck has opened twice for us this season - v Essendon then vs Sydney. We couldn’t take our chance on either occasion and it stings.

We fought hard but our inside 50 craft is incredibly wasteful and makes winning clearances a much lower currency than it should be.

Unfortunately we’ve lost our ability to clamp opposition movement too perhaps due to lesser players in the 22 and so we watched them waltz back through midfield as teams have in previous seasons.

Did I mention that really sucked? Stick the “great game” calls. A great game is one that puts us closer to this year’s flag. Not further away.

Was saying this to my relo as well. Happened against GC as well. Should've slotted it from there.

Some posters have seriously embarrassed themselves with their pure shite in this thread.

My two cents, I am gutted though I witnessed a brilliant game of footy today. So many positives. So much upside. LDU played his best game for us, Ahern again showing so much. And Daw! Wow best game I’ve seen him play for us. 2 weeks in a row where he’s clearly in our bests.

On a side note. I had the pleasure of sitting in front of Alex Morgan’s close friends of the family, lovely people. They spoke to me at length about Alex’s journey and a residing theme abounded throughout the conversation that he was silk in every sport he played throughout his childhood. They said that he has been injury plagued for the last 2-3 years with hamstring issues but they feel that’s behind him. They both stated that he will surprise many. I hope they are right.

I watched Morgan closely and he played well for his debut. He did some nice things. I guess calls from posters on whether he will make it or not as a footballer are really premature and unfounded.

With this level of maturity you may go insane in this thread!

I though Alex was ok in a messy chaotic game - best of luck to him!

Wrights lack of speed in the backline is an issue when coupled with jmac back there also

I've said it a few weeks now it's time to move Atley back again

Only Marley can chase down the small forwards

That’s actually a tough one. Wright did some solid defensive marking but he really laboured to close down his opponents space a few times because he really was slow, unfortunately.

Wright was really good on Hayward

The post was in relation to LDU not being picked this week. Nothing to do with trading.

This is wat you posted-

“Just look at all other top 10 draftees from last year. All except LDU have played 10 plus games this year. For some reason we picked the only guy that wasn’t up to playing AFL football!!”

U can say whatever u like but the premis we are a better team without him is absurd.
The premis is that the player or players we could get for him will make us a better team. We aren’t in a position to hit the top 4 and we need to build our list so it is. Crows have 3 picks in the top 20 next year and their list is as good as our. Next year it will be better. If you just take the normal picks you get you won’t necessarily get better because all teams are getting picks. This draft has the players we need are there. Rankin would be brilliant in our forward line, he’s just the player we need. I’d swap JZ for Rankine straight away.

Wright was really good on Hayward

He was decent in terms of direct opponent but his mobility issues do have an impact on team defence.

I like him and would play him but the erosion of mobile options on our list to balance the slower crew out hurts us.

And this is ultimately the key factor that let's BS down - he always plays to maximise his chances of winning today - he doesn't 'invest' in the longer term.

We constantly play on older side than the opposition. BS wont take a chance on a younger player when older bodies are available - he admitted it himself when we had the 4 senior guys retire in 2016...."I would just keep playing them if they were on the list..."

It's a massive weakness for a coach and as a club we have been let down year after year (and again this year) because of it. When the inevitable injuries hit we have no back up. BS rolls the dice year after year in the hope that injuries wont hit us - and year after year they hit us.

Proof for 2018 - the fact that McKay and Pruess haven't played a senior game this year is just unacceptable - to the players themselves in terms of their development and to the club as a whole in terms of improving our depth (when its sorely needed).

Now, can you see what a dick you are?

ANSWER THE QUESTION!!!

The answer to the question is above

Now you can put me on ignore seeing I am such a 12.5 yr old dick

Perhaps the idiots blaming Maj for Aliir's last quarter fail to realise that Horse moved Aliir off Maj and had him running around as the loose man. He was NOT Maj's opponent. If anyone is to blame for Aliir's last quarter, then it is our coach who elected not to make Aliir accountable.
Yep. Spot On Jabba. :stern look
