taggart played on pendlebury in the last half when he was moved to chf, was to slow and didnt have endurance to go with him, in the first he was on hanson

Who was Bower on in the first 1/4? It wasn't Fraser because he was on the bench. It wasn't Neagle because Toovey was on him.

A forward's job is to kick goals. A backman's job is to stop forwards kicking goals. Pendelbury didn't kick any goals and wasn't dominant, Taggart played on him, therefore Taggart did his job. The comment that WA named half there squad as their best is ridiculous as they only named 3 more players than VC. WA won convincingly so you would expect more good players. Having watched the game another ridiculous comment would be to say that Taggart was slow. Whoever made that comment needs to have their perception of speed checked out because he was far from slow and Pendelbury's endurance was neither impressive nor was it too much for Taggart to handle. Taggart's endurance for a big man is one of the main reasons recruiters have been impressed with him. Dyer ear, mate i'm gonna assume Pendelbury is your brother or cousin or friend because your comments sound incredibly biased.

No bias. Just responding to issues raised. For the record, Seal and Swallow were the most impressive on the ground. Oakley-Nicholls was very good and at Mitchell Clark showed what he is capable of.

salemagpies- how many goals did pendlebury kick again?
Where was Pendlebury when taggart set up 2 goals in the last quarter? i guess he couldnt keep up, wasnt quick enough, didnt have the endurance to run the field with taggart!
Pendlebury was clearly beaten!
