It will be a future 1st and that's it. Suns already said they are happy to keep him if they don't get a deal that's not satisfying. And they won't trade and future picks back anyway cause of the academy kids coming in next year
Will never happen. Only Geelong can pull off a deal like thatNo thats not how this works... You need to help the Non-Victorian clubs as well! Bowes deal 2.0 haha
Not sure Geelong added another 5 years at $850K to his contract, I'm pretty sure they smooth it out and he ended up being offered less for the additional years and not more lol.No thats not how this works... You need to help the Non-Victorian clubs as well! Bowes deal 2.0 haha
Sorry, no salary dump Picks concessions era is over. No free picks to use on dumps. No thats not how this works... You need to help the Non-Victorian clubs as well! Bowes deal 2.0 haha
Port would want something back if they are picking up his full salary. It will be a future 1st and that's it. Suns already said they are happy to keep him if they don't get a deal that's not satisfying. And they won't trade and future picks back anyway cause of the academy kids coming in next year
The Suns need his salary off their salary cap where the pick swap is predicated on who pays for his two year $million current contact. It will be a future 1st and that's it. Then in other words it won't work next year then.Sorry, no salary dump Picks concessions era is over. No free picks to use on dumps.
Port did make some major commitment to Luko looking at rumoured salary, contract length.
I actually think Luko is a very good player in a right system. Just don't bomb the ball inside 50 like you did against Swans.
OK, get a new coach.
Nah, Port will start poorly, Hinkley fired round 5, then Port will fly, Luko as forward 50+ comfortably. Then in other words it won't work next year then.
No doubt Lukos pay is good to get off the books but that’s not the reason he was told to look elsewhere. He put himself above the team, Dimma wanted him to play back and he sooked it up.The Suns need his salary off their salary cap where the pick swap is predicated on who pays for his two year $million current contact.
No way (likely a rumour from us thrown to him), 7 years at $800K is already bad.
The salary planned for Perryman offer of 7 years at $850K is going to Lukosius.
Seriously, he sooked it up? He started off 1/2 back for the Suns and was pretty damn good at it, not to mention his skilled field kicking. No doubt Lukos pay is good to get off the books but that’s not the reason he was told to look elsewhere. Its Dimma way or the highway and that is a valuable lesson for the entire playing group
And he let everyone know he didn’t want to play there, later in The year he was told to take a week away from the club as he was still sookingSeriously, he sooked it up? He started off 1/2 back for the Suns and was pretty damn good at it, not to mention his skilled field kicking.
That should be the minimum. It will be a future 1st and that's it. Suns already said they are happy to keep him if they don't get a deal that's not satisfying. And they won't trade and future picks back anyway cause of the academy kids coming in next year
With nothing going back??? That's a very horrible deal but what happens when you offer another 4 years at $900K when he already had another 2 years at $900K. Port Power had no negotiation.Trade should happen tomorrow according to Trade Week.
Luko for F1.

I think their pick will be 8-10 so it's a horrible deal and see him more a 35 than 50 goals as a 2nd KPF (possibly 1st depending on Geogiadias continue development). Not a horrible deal at all. Based on this year pick 15. Very fair. He will be a 35-50 goal a year forward for them, equivalent to Fog for scoreboard impact. Easily worth pick 15.
Wouldn’t have been worth our F1 - because that could be anywhere from 4-12

I don’t see them falling off a cliff, Luko will provide a quality forward option as long as they can kick it to him on a lead.I think their pick will be 8-10 so it's a horrible deal and see him more a 35 than 50 goals as a 2nd KPF (possibly 1st depending on Geogiadias continue development).

Luko for F1.
