As i said on Friday i was disappointed but within a minute i got over it as we are 1 club with 2 cities following apart from so many everywhere . I suppose that person would prefer 2 blues colours
Let's save the in-fighting for the off season. We're in a Prelim.

Anyway, I'm Switzerland on the subject. My favourite is the sash.

I like both jumpers equally.
So do i , but it's the romance of it . More of my life is with the new one , but the other looks good and so many even in Sydney love the red V .It's sad that someone can't embrace the history . Hope it didn't go to Bankstown to watch the ressies wear the red V and who knows why they did

I don't think your able to abuse the umps anymore , i was in the MCC and called out Stevic you cheat and those surrounding couldn't believe it.
Well that's polite. Where I was he was called a ****ing dog, cheat, prick, dickhead, ****** and many other words that will disappear when I click post.

There's no point Bedford... we both know that we won't agree, so why fight about it?

I dislike the idea of two jumpers that are not clash or specialist round (ie Pride, heritage, indigenous) jumpers. I think it's divisive. I don't think that 'two cities, one club' is best described by having a different jumper for each city.

I don't need your or anyone else's endorsement, it's just my opinion.

Do you think that yelling at me will change my mind? I'm allowed to be different, to see things differently than others...

Be warned, I'm not entering into a protracted discussion... I've given my opinion only because you insisted.
You seem to be the only one on here like that , are you jealous or something . Fwiw i've never had an issue with you ffs

I grew up playing rugby League and Rugby Union and some Aussie Rules.
I moved to Sydney in the 80s and met a girl who liked the Swans. She changed me.
Ditto!

I went to a catholic school in Sydney & played rugby through my junior years.

Then, I met a Perth girl (now my wife) living in Sydney who started taking me to Swans games way back in ‘94.

I was hooked (on the Swans and my now wife). We became members in ‘95 & got married shortly thereafter. The Brewongle concourse was our second home for years.

Late in the third… Gawn, who only moments earlier had kick-started the “comeback” that would ensure they take their place in a Prelim as they are sooo entitled to do, allows his broken down, 3x failed, opponent to slip away and take an uncontested mark just metres from goal.
Max… wtf could you possibly have to say to the umpire then? Just stand, stfu and take your medicine dick

Two questions:

1. Is the Gary Ayres Medal not a bit flawed in it's conception, given that it's inevitably going to favour players who play in four finals, rather than three? Parker is off to a flyer but now misses a game to score votes. Punished in the context of this award just for being on the winner's list.

2. Does anyone know how I can watch the game replay on Kayo on my phone but sync it with the SEN commentary?

It works better on the assumption that QF winners, also win the PF so all the teams that make PFs only play 3 games

This could be totally presumptuous but Gawn comes off as a bit arrogant. He’s always smirking and strutting around, like Melbourne have won a three-peat of flags when it’s only one.

The Demons as a whole were becoming slightly overrated earlier in the year. They won a premiership after playing a half of good footy and people were acting like they are an unstoppable force. Not to take anything away, they’re very good on their day and were brilliant last year but that’s all it is. One season.

This could come back to bite me if they somehow win the flag this year, but as it stands I think they drink their own bath water a bit.

Close. Bay 28 Row E 1, 2, 3.
Me, son, daughter. 11th year.

He's from Red Cliffs, near Mildura. he's Victorian, just did his last few years of school in Adelaide. The Mildura area was part of the old South Melbourne zone. So he has come home!
I thought the Mildura area was tied to Richmond in the old zone days.
We had the Riverina as our country zone.

I struggle to understand how Petracca could get to lance so quickly without infringing the protected zone. I know he's got a speed burst, but that was impossible to do legally.
If Stevic was the officiating umpire, Petraca could have been standing next to him.

Awesome night. Ended up spending about half my wage yesterday at the bottle shop a couple of minutes after I finished work because I bought some expensive beers and then the campaigners roped me in with gin testing they were doing. Ended up being entirely worth it. Had a few drinks and cones with the dad and brother.

Maybe it was the intoxicants, but so much of our game last year screamed Premiership team to me. Hadn't really felt that was since 2012, even when we were arguably a more dominant side. Club is building something extremely special.

So much upside - Warner, Buddy, Heeney, Blakey, Gulden, and McInerney have much more to give.

Florent, Stephens, Fox, and Rowbottom played pretty much career best games given the stakes. I'd even say Lloyd did.

Need more time to think about who I'd give MVP votes to - probably Mills, Parker, Hickey, Lloyd, and Rowbottom. Reid and Florent incredibly unlucky. Huge team effort.
Surely 2016 must have felt like it would be a premiership year. Finished on top of the ladder and it was only due to an act of grand larceny that we were denied it.

I know Max as he's from my club and one thing he's not is arrogant , he's a great bloke and is sticking up for his team and we would expect the same if he was ours
