Oh yeah I agree. That's not the general consensus on this board however.Wot?
I am hater of Acres but seriously he has turned his game around.

Top 3 atm for sure. And yes, I know it’s super early days but if you did a redraft of Chapman’s and O’Driss draft year there’s not many I would take before Heath, certainly not Will Phillips but that’s a given.
Completely bias but there is not one player I would think about taking before Chapman, his floor, barring injury is AA defender, his ceiling is top 5 generational talent. There is no one else in that draft that currently has that IMOAnd yes, I know it’s super early days but if you did a redraft of Chapman’s and O’Driss draft year there’s not many I would take before Heath, certainly not Will Phillips but that’s a given.
Perkins would be one of the others that is thereabouts so will be interesting to see how they compare on SundayTop 3 atm for sure.
Yeah but his ceiling is basically Chapmans floor (AA backman). What sets Chapman apart (in my own headcanon anyway) is that he has midfield potential. If he gets into the midfield successfully the league is ****edDenver GB is quite talented.
Perkins and Gulden the only other two I'd hear arguments for at this stagePerkins would be one of the others that is thereabouts so will be interesting to see how they compare on Sunday

Bit more limited scope for improvement then the other three IMO but he'll play a lot of games and be a great talentJake Bowey?
Big call. However, going through the list I would take him first. Given our list McDonald would also be tempting.

What's all this wing talk? I'm seeing genuine inside out onballer here. Star of the comp level.
Just like when we spun the wheel and it came up Serong and Young last year we've hit the jackpot again.
No pressure kid.
I won't accept anything less than multi-brownlow winning midfielder now.I was on the absurd Chapman hype train before it was cool.
We have a bunch of young stars now that make you do something no Freo player ever before bar Pav could do; they make you feel safe.
See Heath’s bullet inside 50 in his debut game?
When Mundy gets the chance to spend some time in the gym, he's going to be one hell of a player? What is the most exciting thing about these two pictures?
