"Media Law". Sounds like a contradiction in terms.

"Don't create nasty shit about us again or we'll out who you are to the world?"

Robbo is about to pontificate, should be interesting.

No proof that the person is a thief so you shouldn't be making out that he is.

He probably is a thief though for things to reach this level. Be as "politically correct" as you want but here's plenty of scum that get away with this sort of behaviour unfortunately in our society, which leaves honest people desperate to attain an outcome through their own means when the justice system fails them.

To sum up the course, you can't lie in court, but do it to protect your informant anyway—Australia needs to change it's archaic laws, and Journalist's must be privileged because they stop corruption blah blah blah. Libel is not allowed, so be ambiguous—ie. don't be anything like Darren Hinch. Finally, here are a list of ways to flog a news story or exclusive information...

To sum up Journalism training, "we were blue collar workers pretending to be white, now ordinary plebs write blogs and our jobs are being undercut so we better flap our hands like Ted Richards and make a scene.

Mate this has nothing to do with being politically correct, but has everything to do with making defamatory statements.

I'm not defending thievery here - just saying people should treat lightly about saying definitively about what happened when they have nothing to go on but hearsay.

Something to be aware of is that Vickery was signed as an RFA and so any contracted payments from the RFA contract have to be included in our TPP no matter what.
