A bid at pick 30 in the according to Laura Kane “not compromised draft” was the first pick of round 2. Anyway it’s moot we would have traded it out if not used on weddle then something else, but It’s a trade that’s worked out well.

I have a really good feeling about McCabe.

Not as physically developed as Weddle was, but I reckon similarly athletically gifted, and will make his mark quite quickly prove to be a steal.

I like the idea of Amon and Mass down the left hand side (HBF and wing) though - that’s a lot of precision by foot. On the right play CJ and Weddle and cause absolute chaos where no one has any idea what’s going to happen!
