Most of us know that, though.

Our midfield has severe weaknesses without Naitanui there - look at the clearance differentials from 2012 when Cox was at a stoppage compared to Naitanui.

I don't know how to solve this in 2013 - Wellingham will improve it but I don't think he's the final piece of the puzzle.
