Fitness.

Not just injuries, but physical performance in general. We've looked slow over the past couple of years. Need to strike the right balance between endurance and explosiveness. Too much emphasis on endurance lately for mine.

In some ways similar but my first thought was a poor start. Need to be team that can cop a loss or two and stick to the task. But also can’t give away a heap of ground and hope to catch fire on the run home. Got to be up for the grind.
