Good news is we pulled out a miracle win. For that the boys deserve a lot of credit. The first half was sensational.

However that finish and the total collapse of our game plan has to once again be alarming. We can't as a club keep watching that sorta shit and just gloss over it. It just wasn't good enough. The defensive efforts were piss poor, the ability to soak up the rising heat in the contest was poor, and the complete collapse of our ball movement when the pressure rose was just terrible.

Look it'd be easy to bemoan the errors and lack of dare in the last half, but that last quarter, and especially last 10 mins thought a lot of our players showed a lot of grit.

Wines, JHF, Butters, Drew, even Burton stood up. Gotta say, most impressed with Wines there - been down in form for some time but stood up and smashed the contest all day.

Sinn worked his way into his game but had some bloody shocking moments with ball in hand.
Rioli fantastic but **** me he needs a good talking to for that 100m which kick-started the comeback.
