What if comes out and trashes the Crows? Looking forward to playing for a real club with real supporters? That will get everyone up and about
No, would rather he stand by his convictions and show a spine. “I loved my time at the Crows, I loved the rivalry that Showdowns stir up in this two team town. I’m looking forward to ripping in and winning the love of the supporters over, unsure if anyone has made the transition to Port with success yet. Our supporters are passionate and I think that’ll bring the best out of me moving forward, I can’t wait!”

Doesn't surprise me at all. He’s a seriously fit athlete.

Jokes aside he’s going to be outstanding for the Magpies and after a month of being outstanding there we are going to be saying we’ve got worse than him in the AFL side.
Didn't like this trade, but at least he looks capable of lifting and driving fitness standards at the club.
We need someone other than Boak to do that.

He's pretty much already done this (without trashing the crows).

“My first game was actually in the 2015 Showdown after Phil Walsh passed, and that was a Port Adelaide home Showdown. And that something that will stick in my mind forever, like that screech that the supporters let off. No disrespect to Adelaide supporters, I enjoyed my time there, but it's a different screech. It's a different cheer! So I'm just looking forward to playing in front of that home crowd with a lot of tradition. It's a football club with a lot of history, so to be on the other side, I'm looking forward to the opportunity.”

So Rat won our 2k time trial but yet everyone thought he looked horribly unfit/borderline obese at the airport when he arrived because he doesn't have a chiseled jaw or beach muscles. We have Christian Moraes who ran 2km in 6:25 at the combine so there is at least one really good time he would've had to beat. I suspect a lot of our runners like Boak, Wines, Drew, Rozee, Butters, even georgiades would all be pretty strong over 2km.

So if Rat actually did win it amongst that field, it goes to show looks can be deceiving.

He really need to talk to AA about that jawline.

Atkins has always had strong running capabilities, it's a bit of surprise he won but not a surprise he was in the top 3 or 4. I'm sure our running numbers stack up okay against other clubs.
