New assistant coaches(pay out Clarke & Camporeale),fitness coach
Trade Tippet to the Suns for their first round pick if he is not committed to stay for the long haul, delist or trade any other player whose undecided about staying.
Its time to get tough and weed out the players who not 100% behind the future of th Club.

A harder edge with some mongrel..
Decision making..
Tackling massively improved..
Skills massively improved..

These alone will see a huge improvement, our skill level and decision making have been woeful and cost us badly from our turnovers..

Keeping defenders boundary side
Applying defensive pressure
Having a high tackle count
And plenty more DVD presentations showing us how to play football us supporters want to watch.

Forward entries putting it to the advantage of our forwards not on their heads or at their toes.
Ruck and mids to work out taps.
Finding someone-anyone who can teach the boys how to TACKLE!!

Underated post.

Any who watched the game last night would have noticed how many half vollys the Carlton forwards had to deal with in the last quarter. Has that pass been on their chest, they have a shit on goal or an opportunity to make an easier pass rather than a rushed pick up and kick into the forward line.

The players to look like they are having fun, And enjoy playing for the club an jumper again. Not like they are having to play within a system and be so robotic, on and off the field.

Cut and pasted from the last three years

...More goals from set shots please.....

First three would actually be pretty good.

It's one thing to talk about it, and another thing to have a team which executes it

Low, flat, correctly spinning drop punts.

F50 entries

Also agree with this.

Some coordination between our midfield and forwards.

Some coordination and evidence of team work/structure in our forward line.

More varied F50 entries, not so many of the bail out option to the goal square.

I might be being a bit optimistic here thinking about this one........but not since blight ( ok a little bit of 2006 and late 2009) has a crows side known how to kill an opposition side off when they get on top of them. For too long we've continuously left the gate open and oppostion sides know it and this encourages them. We seriously need to learn how to bury sides. I mean bury.
