It may not be the most important thing interms of becoming a great side, but I would like to see us get a bit of mongrel into us.
For too long we have been a nice team, time for that to change and with that mongrel I think our competitiness will improve.

Trade Tippet to the Suns for their first round pick if he is not committed to stay for the long haul, delist or trade any other player whose undecided about staying.

Underated post.

Any who watched the game last night would have noticed how many half vollys the Carlton forwards had to deal with in the last quarter. Has that pass been on their chest, they have a shit on goal or an opportunity to make an easier pass rather than a rushed pick up and kick into the forward line.

The 19th flag raising "ceremony". It is pointless as the flag comes down straight after. If you are going to do it, at least have the flag flying through the game. Whenever I see it, it actually annoys me.

I might be being a bit optimistic here thinking about this one........but not since blight ( ok a little bit of 2006 and late 2009) has a crows side known how to kill an opposition side off when they get on top of them. For too long we've continuously left the gate open and oppostion sides know it and this encourages them. We seriously need to learn how to bury sides. I mean bury.
