I might get shot down for saying this and maybe it’s just me throwing the baby out with the bathwater with regards to my thoughts on this team right now, but letting Hugh go on a massive contract has intrigued me.

He is a great, ok maybe not great, but above average player with great skills, and that’s something this team definitely needs, but you only have to watch the Giants tonight to see it’s a fast man’s game now. If we somehow could turn his salary into a couple of speedy players it may not end up being the end of the world that we all thought it may be.

Afrer the start we had I thought finals would be a pass mark - the fact we are in the grand final and could win it is amazing.

Yeah. I think that is part of the reason I am enjoying this week so much.
I had a hope that we would make it, even thought we were a chance to win it all if we got our act together.
But now that we are here, we’ll… we’ve got nothing to lose, let’s just enjoy the ride!

Yeah. Interesting. I really can’t explain how I’m feeling, Malice. It’s just so different from last year. Last year I was stressed and uptight. Excited but terrified. And when we lost, dear God it was awful. Just awful! I was sick to my stomach.

This year, I’m up and about! I’ve been up beat ever since the Giants game. It’s as if a monkey has got off my back. I think we may lose, I think we may win. But either way, I’m just so happy!

Took me quite some time to get over the GF loss last year unfortunately; already hate to think how this year will be if things don't go to plan.
