I sent a tweet to Kayo last week telling them that if they had an audio stream featuring game and crowd noises only without commentary, I would pay extra for their service. They said they'd look into it
The only reason I can think of for them being against this is the fact the commentators are now inserting generic advertising into their conversations during quarter breaks. Easy fix, run ads at quarter time if that's an issue (although when you're paying for a service, it's a little annoying to still be facing ads)

If you ever wanted proof that those charged with analysing the game crib their opionions form Bigfooty.

I give you David Kings claim that Macrae is not a damaging player.

Its Bigfooty's dumbest meme, brought to you by the games dumbest beady eyed regurgitator of other people opinions and stats.

Did he try to support that claim with any quantitative analysis?

The King of Stats:

"Gibberish. gibberish, gibberish. murmur, murmur murmur when you say it like that..."

The quintessential AFL 360 panel discussion.

Whoever cut that vision and set it to loop should burn in hell for eternity.

Now Ive got a banger of the croaky ones voice going round and round in my head.

So in past week the media have described Bevo as unhinged, not fit to look after young men and had his physical appearance questioned.

Same media who all they said about Morris was he was wrong but everyone deserves a second chance.

Just a slight deference in language and vitriol when commenting on the two..

You shouldn’t be surprised the media are a joke

I'm not, its just funny because Bevo said Morris had a conflict of interest.

The real conflict of interest here is that the media have one when someone criticizes one of their own. They lose any rational judgement or ability report fairly on the individual (Bevo)

Haven't you heard? No Lucky Meals this year. (My new retirement village provides my main meal every day.) I guess your footy life will really be empty this year. Stay strong. ;)
Do you know what you're getting for your main meal ahead of time, maybe you could share that, we can all work with it.

Mark Robinson admits he's not an AFL expert

Jamarra Ugle-Hagan was once compared to Buddy Franklin.

It wasn’t Ugle-Hagan’s fault he was burdened with Franklin comparisons and, in future, the draft experts could perhaps temper their hyperbole about young talent.

Caroline Wilson has crossed a line in her commentary on Beveridge. Her views on mental health are not only antiquated but extremely harmful.

People with mental health illnesses can and do perform amazingly well in high pressure employment. It requires a forward thinking and caring workplace.

Each day the media organisations that employ her and the AFL don't come out and vehemently excoriate her commentary prove they are part of the problem.

Wilson concludes that Bev needs support. She specifically denied that he
(a) needed psychiatric help; or
(b) was not a brilliant coach.

There's been an unseemly performance by Bev and apologies by Bev, the President and CEO. Isn't it time to enquire instead of insulting Wilson ?

I just want to remind everyone that, during the preseason, I questioned Bevo's mental health due to the growth of the 'handlebars' moustache, and I was ridiculed on here. I feel vindicated to see that some highly respected journalists have had the same thoughts.
You lost me at 'journalists'...

I could do that, but what could ever top something like the Thai chicken pizza from last year or sushi with a pickled squid salad? They serve "old people" food here, e.g. today we had roast pork, roast potatoes, pumpkin and peas. How could that be considered a "Lucky Meal"? The cook made satay chicken one day and some residents complained that it was too spicy! Old people. What are they good for? ;)
