Melbourne's lavish west
Liberatore to dive on the ball 12 times this week for a ball up result (wild applause, "Onya Libba show em your Brownlow") needs to do alot more, anyone else would be playing for werribee by this round. Evergreen Kretiuk to play 15 minutes this week before injuring himself, ("Leave him alone he is doing his best"). Birss and Gilbee to get splinters on the bench this week before being shafted to werribee next week. (Young Guns !!
"I am looking forward to coaching the youngsters " Terry Wallace) Grant to up his yearly tally to 5 goals 10 behinds for the season to date, gee I hope he proves me wrong. As for the above unfortunately it's on the cards.

Tell me flying egg do you ever see it how it is ?? What did I say this time that was so untrue ? or you just blinded to the fact that we have such crappy players in our team ? if you don't like it don't respond - it's that simple.

Firstly if people who disagree with you aren't allowed to respond why bother posting the thread anyway. Is it so everyone can tell u how brilliant your predictions are so u feel good about yourself?

And secondly, apolgies for being blinded to the fact that Chris Grant is crap

And thirdly, I took the time to examine the results of your in depth analysis. Lets see how u went shall we!!!!!!

Libba - spent a lot of time on the bench, but did alright when he was on. Ratten was ordinary tonight and Libba was on him a fair bit

Kretiuk - a good, full game, Did brilliantly with this prediction didn't u

Birss - little opportunity, but there is no way he will be at Weribee next week

Gilbee - played a very good game when he was on. Showed the most he has for a long time

Chris Grant - Kicked 3 goals and hit the post for the 5th time this season. Now has 8 goals 11 behinds. Another fine prediction

What are your predictions for next week??? Im just dying to know

I am not a negative person, I just call it how it is week by week. If players have not performed week in week out then they deserve to be dropped to Werribee, not given another game.
I am actually very happy that Kretiuk proved me wrong and stayed on the ground for the full game - believe it or not I am a fan of Kretiuks, I just think he get's chosen every week and then spends the majority of game time on the bench or getting a massage. Either get him right or don't choose him until his little nagging injuries are 100% if that's possible with him. As for Libba, why can't you just admit that his good football days are over and he cannot play to the AFL standards anymore, he is too old for the game and the game requires alot more than tackling. When is the last time he kicked to his team mates chest or kicked over 40 metres or even kicked a goal ??? And Grant, well I am bloody wrapped he played well, he has had alot of pressure on him and this weeks game will have done his confidence good, maybe he'll get back to the Grant that we all know and love. My prediction for next week, Hargraves didn't get a run this week, he sat on the bench for nearly 4 qtrs, but he'll be dropped next week. These are the things that annoy me, because when the older players play 5 crappy games in a row, they are still in the team every week, some of the younger guys don't get a chance to prove anything.
