And when you are confronted with the reality of up to date polling, you proceed to attack the man.

A truly embarrassing little clown. :)

Don't like being confronted with up to date polling?
Do you always aim for the man after being exposed?

You're losing, badly. :)
Sure champ.

So who are you? I see you registered your account yesterday in readiness for todays announcement. Who are you working for?

yep! as zali stegall who is from the right has written the statement from 'thug' lacks detail and is full of lies. we can thank the mainstream media (notably the horeshit factory that is newscorpse) for “providing the air time and the lack of scrutiny that makes today possible”

I registered to comment on Laura Kane and the AFL umpiring, which you no doubt saw when you checked my profile.

Thank you for further proving me correct. I love it when data comprehensively proves the emotive language of armchair socialists categorically wrong.

I didn't check your profile - although I know you are aware of that function because you certainly have been going through mine.

Also, you have not provided any data. All you have done is mouth off like a fool.

So again - who are you representing? It is a simple question.

You say that, yet the polls are showing WA is swinging more and more to the Liberals by the day.

So they'll only lose the next election by a lot instead of a shitload?

You know, I could do a quick Google search and show the polls showing 61% support for nuclear, but you're a nutter and won't concede anyway. It's how your kind works. You're the kind of nutjob who makes posts like this:
The fundamental problem with nuclear is this;
  1. It is NOT cheaper
  2. It is NOT safer
  3. It is NOT cleaner
  4. It is NOT easier
Other than that - have at it :drunk:
Who needs data when you can just insist you're right and use bold text to emphasize it :$

The data shows the upcoming election is currently headed towards a Labor minority government. Hardly an ideal result for zealots like yourself.

The Liberal National party actually won the 2019 election despite trailing in the polls fairly significantly. Recent history suggests quiet demographics tend to lean more heavily towards conservative parties, and nuclear appears to be a proposition most of the country favours.

States change governments all the time.

It would also take a brave state government to go against a policy that their constituents voted for federally. Every energy cost hike or black-out will be sheeted home to that state government.
I don't think it would be very "brave" at all for a state government, of either persuasion, to go against it if they believed it wasn't in the best interest of their constituents.

You're new around these parts, so I'll help you out. Please provide the evidence that 61% of the nation supports nuclear, lest you damn yourself to be appropriately derided.

100%
  • Nimby's go nuts.
  • Dutton can't do anything about it - "it's not my fault".
  • All renewable investment leaves Australia forever because there is no grid to support it.
  • Australia gets locked in to coal and gas forever
  • US miners profit
This is the most UN-AUSTRALIAN policy imaginable.

It is all a ruse to protect the interests of foreign owned mines who PAY LITTLE TO NO TAX.
Un Australia wtf are your about you don’t speak for the majority of Australians the delusion in this echo chamber of a site is strong.

This whole policy is to protect the interests of foreign mining interests.

Gas and coal in Australia is 86/87% foreign owned.

The gas industry contributes less to federal revenues than HECS.

It is appalling and it is un-Australian.

He's basically just a nutter who uses emotionally-driven language about stuff he clearly doesn't get. Don't worry too much abouut him.

I can't post links right now without the "this post must be reviewed before becoming visible".

Not hard to find on google though. Even if polling doesn't 100% accurately reflect attitudes towards nuclear, it does provide some indication, and it's showing Australians are growingly increasingly positive towards it by the month.

Thats your opinion and calling it un australia is just that, it’s a comment that the loons from the far left make.
