When did Adelaide change?

We did cheat the salary cap. We had illegal, undisclosed agreements, that created room if we needed it - which we believed we would need to pay the finals bonuses that we assumed we would need when we swept all before us in coming craigy years.

all those contingent payments that we lied and cheated to fit in never became necessary but that does not mean we did not cheat the cap.

Its not just about going over

Wait - we guaranteed sponsorship payments, if for some reason Tippett didn't get them. Which he did.

And we said we'd trade Tippett for what we would have gotten for him as compo if he HAD chosen to leave for Gold Coast.

Yes, both things shouldn't have been done.

Let's compare it to human experimentation at Essendon or multi-million dollar under the table payments at Carlton.

Our issues were trifling. Should have been a fine and nothing more, if we'd played our cards more aggressively.

But instead we took a more serious punishment in exchange for it going away without a serious analysis of the board's knowledge and responsibility.

Are they like the March in March protestors?

No, the March in March protestors are largely left wing educated voters expressing their constitutional right to protest someone who they perceive to be one of the worst prime ministers in history and a leader who has seen the biggest fall in approval rating upon taking government since recorded polls began.

Port supporters are either dyed in the wool blue collar, or hipster types or those with only a passing interest in the game, able to stop watching when their side ain't successful.

Well you tell me why that question was asked.
The thing that entered my head was maybe surprise at using it as your avatar..
We're all different, some don't care.. Some do.. Just like with facebook etc..

Maybe even what you suggested was the reason, it's just quite a paranoid conclusion to arrive at ;)

So, Kristof, how was the march?

Changing the subject doesn't change the argument

No, the March in March protestors are largely left wing educated voters...

Yeah, it looks like it...

Just the absolute pinnacle of education at that rally.

So, Kristof, how was the march?

Ha - weirdly, I was pretty much oblivious to it happening til it started turning up on Facebook and Twitter that day. I might have gone if I'd known.

I think you mis-read my post. I said you're allowed to say it.

I thought you'd spelt it wrongly to avoid the swear filter.

Or is "vigina" another body part I don't know about....

No, just a bloody typo.

Fat fingers + lack of concentration + I pad + watching the TV = not paying attention and causing too many typos.

Then add auto correct and sone words can become anything.

Yeah, it looks like it...

Hmmm. Not sure what your point is? That you get some odd signs at a rally?

None of those we're misspelled. Maybe the sense of humor isn't for everyone but that's hardly evidence of lack of education.

That the majority of university graduates have left wing views is pretty much supported by evidence. That most of that March were uni graduates would have been my guess. I wouldn't assume that's true of Ports supporter base, which is where this conversation started.
