It hurts, i'm going down Sat morning and back Sat night so at least save on accommo, fingers crossed for no flight delays.

They sell tickets to members of other clubs? I thought all clubs got an allocation and normally package them with a breakfast etc.. at exorbitant prices, but didn't think they made any ballot?

Can you update payment information in your ticketek account to a card that is working? I'm not sure if it works like that or they use the same card used for the ballot.

"There will be no follow up on any rejected credit cards once the ballot has been run. If your credit card fails to process, your tickets will be reallocated to eligible members. If you need to change your credit card details prior to the ballot, you can do so up until 11am, Friday September 16 by returning to the Ballot Registration Page on the Ticketek website and clicking on the “Click here to update payment details for your existing ballot registration”. Please note you cannot update your credit card via your My Ticketek account online."

System makes sense from an IT scaling point of view.
Ballots are probably all pre set up to run, allowing Kate updates would need changes to their DB.
Maybe try giving them a call?

Calling your bank to get the account/card working and with funds is the only option left I guess.

It times out, they say to use to online form.
No idea. Worst is the weekend, noone can help. Getting redirected to Monday to Friday staff. No option unfortunately.

My card wasn’t updated in 2016 and I was able to get through on the Monday or maybe even Tuesday and ended up getting them. Fingers crossed for you.
