I saw Harvs at the beach once and while I didn't speak to him, he did throw our tennis ball back after someone belted a shot near where he was standing in the water.

Nathan Buckley is fantastic like this. Perhaps the best of anyone in the game in the past 10 years. Such a great, professional bloke.

Add to that Clement, Goldsack, O'Brien and a host of others.

Unbelievably nice:
Adam Bentick - Down to earth, got time for everyone.
Kouta - Just a gentile giant
Marc Murphy - Funny guy, doesnt mind a laugh even at his expense
Matty Lloyd - Suprisingly nice, had a 15 minute conversation with him at a Socceroo launch at a local shopping centre, happy to give out fitness advice, and even inside information about the club, was during trade week and told me about the ted richards trade before it happened, they even got a better offer from brisbane (pick 16) but teddy wanted to go to sydney, said they tried to trade Henneman but no one wanted the spud.
Paul Licuria - Nicest bloke, met him at my cousin's baptism, wont even notice he is a footballer.
Daniel Currie - Went to school with him, and although meeting him after he got drafted, you wouldn't of known he was a afl player, never mentioned it, never hinted it, never even wore sydney apparel.
Jarrod Waite - Loves to have a laugh with you
Dal Santo - Great bloke to have a laugh with, thinks he is timberlake seriously
Black -looks like he would be a serious fella, he aint, very laid back.

darren glass came to my school and did a motivational speech, afterwards hung around for at least an hour takin photos and doing autographs top bloke :thumbsu:

Michael Braun, shannon hurn, kerr and coxy all top guys as well, met them on a golf course were very friendly taking photos etc

Most of the players I have come across are 'nice' but the ones who stand out are Kris Massie, Brett Burton, Bernie Vince, Nick Gill, Andrew McLeod, Scott Thompson, Brad Moran, Jason Porplyzia, Richard Douglas, Trent Hentschel and Rhett Biglands. Neil Craig is also very nice, comes up to supporters at training and has a chat.

of school kids?

Is he wierd or something?

It's an eagles thing... ;)

Met a few of the Geelong players down at schoolies in Torquay.

NICE
Jason Davenport: just been elevated to the senior list. Very loud, outgoing, great bloke and an absolute pisser.
Gary Ablett Jr: A champion on the field, a champion off it. Very humble, almost shy in a way, very respectful also.

Prick
Joel Selwood: Think the complete opposite of what i said about Ablett. Completely up himself, thinks he's kingshit, disrespectful, arrogant. I actually saw him try and pick up one of the ladies i was looking at there, he got turned down:D. (I didn't get any either:(, out of my league anyway). After speaking to her a bit later on she said that this was his flirting style: "f*** me, I'm Joel Selwood".

If you ever get the chance to meet Robert Harvey, you'll know what I meen when I say he's so nice, that it makes you sick!

Spot on. I think Robert Harvey may be one of the nicest blokes I have met full stop, not just for footy players. Riewoldt, Hayes, Kozi, Wakelin (forget which one), Bourke and Loewe all seemed like really nice blokes when I met them, but I was only a kid at the time. Nathan Bourke I'm pretty sure gave me some free chocolate milk back when the saints were sponsored by Pura :thumbsu:. Brad Green once took extra time at the end of a footy camp to help me with my kicking, nice guy.

Also If we're including past players I talked to Darrel Baldock on the phone when I was maybe 5. I don't remember what was said, but you've got to be a pretty nice guy to be willing to talk to a little kid on the phone in your own time.

Back in like 03, I saw Peter Bell and Matthew Pavlich at Perry Lakes Stadium while our school was doing an athletics day. They seemed like really friendly blokes especially Bell. All the girls were getting their arms signed by Bell and Pavlich was an unknown back then so he was just standing there awkwardly while the girls were piling onto Pete :D

I also met Mitchell White at a shopping centre when I was a little kid. Back then I didn't know shit about footy and was just lining up because heaps of people were. He is probably the nicest footballer I've met so far.

Judd, Kerr and Cox used to be regular customers at my friend's sushi shop. He told me Kerr is the funniest cat out.

I remember having a beer after the game at K-Park and having a conversation with John Barnes. He initiated the conversation and it was like having a conversation with anyone else that you would meet at the bar. He was very natural. Not one bit of arrogance.

Nice
Matty Lloyd
James Hird
Bachar Houli
Matthew Richardson
Eddie Betts
Brendan Fevola
Jarrad Waite

w***er
Andrew Walker

I met Fevola at Southland once. He was in the Arcade thing. The equivalent of Timezone.

He was alright, he talked to me and stuff. Except he left really quick, probably cos i motioned my mates over.
