I’d rage eat Stras for a week.

Is stras the same as devon in NSW, fritz in SA? If so it's good to have once in a while in sandwiches but I don't mind a good hunk of it (~1 - 2cm thick) with tomato sauce squeezed on top. Being an SA guy, bung fritz is the only fritz to eat though. Anyone who gets it from the fridge section of the supermarket is a heathen.
