When you say a few, does that mean only a few? I imagine every single coach to ever exist has a few who don’t like them. Or do you get the feeling the number is a bit higher that it makes you concerned?
The number was more than 2 or 3 .

There's always some who aren't happy. Think it's safe to say that most of North's leaders were sad to see him go..

I think the top end players where not the ones stuck in the VFL while he kept playing his "boys ".
If you are going to get 7 or 8 of your young blokes off side it is an issue. They say the feedback as to why or what they needed to do was pretty average.
Zeibell was sad to see Noble go.

Gil McLachlan seems to think Scott should be in football administration, but also acknowledges that he’ll have to decide for himself.

And then goes on to say something about having a chat with Scott about it after this week (after the GF), which seems to imply he wants to talk him out of it… which in turn means it’s a serious enough possibility that it needs to be personally acknowledged I guess.

🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Make of it what you will

When asked if Scott was a chance to go to Essendon on SEN’s Whateley, McLachlan said: “Brad is a star I think, and he was a great coach so I think Essendon, I’m sure they’d want to talk to Brad.

“Brad is a star I think, and he was a great coach so I think Essendon, I’m sure they’d want to talk to Brad.

“I also think Brad is going down a different journey and he’s doing a very good job with what he’s doing, they’re just different paths… he’s running football for our game and he is every day improving as a general manager and learning all the broader skills, no one knows more about footy than Brad.

“At some point, he’ll have to decide whether the day-to-day brutality of coaching is where he wants to go, or whether he wants a life of a general manager which gives different options… frankly, he could be a chief executive of a club in time.”

As for how Scott would handle any potential negotiations with the Bombers, McLachlan said he’ll sit down with the 46-year-old after the season.

The departing AFL CEO suggested he would want to see Scott do what’s best for him.

“Of course I’ll talk to Brad, he’s got a job to do in the next week or so, I’ll talk to him at the right time and see where that goes,” he stated.

“I just feel that any of my guys, I know my team are being approached all the time and I feel I’ve got a relationship with all of them… we don’t operate that people get permission or whatever, I hope the relationship (is strong enough) that they come and have a chat and say what’s on offer and is it good for you. People have got one life to live and they need to do what makes them happy and what’s developing them.”

Scott would be in the thick of interviews now if he was serious, surely.

What does the last step have to do with whether something is factual?

This actually doesn't say 1 thing about identifying a fact. It is a way of relying on other reporting/sourcing and then passing that off as a fact.

It actually explains why most fact checkers can't check their arses from their elbows.

In embracing ' The Process™ ', I think there is a clear Cat B rookie we should be looking at given we have $2.5m in the salary cap.

Granted, the Sixers might need to chip in $47.5m of his salary for next year but we could give them pick 22 to offset that.

He even has used a face mask to placate the Hird nuffies.

Get it done Dodo.

He's doing black face. Too hot for us to touch in this climate.

ok I'm off Scott then. Doesn't seem like Pyke wants the job either.

Hird it is then out of an uninspiring bunch.
