Not me.. Brisbane are seriously underperforming...

My gf did though....women dont know anything about football  then again she tipped the Pies

Isn't it great how someone that doesn't know much about the game tends to win the footy tipping at the end of the year............what do they do? Pull names out of a hat? Flip a coin?

Didn't tip the Hawks, but I backed them with the start. :)

I'm a Lions supporter and I just can't really see them challenging for the title this year. 2004 was their last chance I reckon.

I agree 100%........the "aura of invincibility" is on the decline at the lions IMO.

Their core playing group isn't exactly young and you add suspensions and injuries. The Lions will be there come finals time but their influence will be minimal.

im 50/50 with them. tipped them 3 times n the only 1 i got right was the saints. i do agree that some people that dont know much get lucky wins, but then there are others that tip them as roughies or belive they are going to win for some strange reason.
im now 2/3 this week

not in a million years did I tip them
I only had them winning 1 game for the year
I will have to re think this

BUT it was a great win and well done hawks

thats 2 out of 3 so far for me

I tipped the Hawks, I was genuinely confident that they would win. Nobody else (including the Hawthorn fans) in my tipping comp. tipped them, so I'm pumped. I'm now 2 out of 3, missed out on the Pies unfortunately.
In fact, I'm a Pies man and tipped them for the first 2 rounds to no avail, but I tipped Caaaaaaaaaaaarlton to beat us last week.....and we had what will turn out to be one of our best wins for the season.
We could have and probably should have been 3 out of 3, having given up a lead against the Doggies in first week, and then Crows broke our hearts in round 2. Oh well, according to Sam Newman, a couple of easy wins for us the next month. Essendon (agreed), St. Kilda (maybe, not likely without Pebbles), Fremantle over there (did it last year...won't happen again), Richmond (possibly, would like to think so).
Even with Rocca out for probably the season and Bucks indefinitely injured, I'm still optimistic.
Didak back next week, Richards next week or the following week, Fraser should be right the week after that, Davidson coming back in about a month. If Taz can keep his good form (apart from those 2 shots at goal he missed last night) we'll be a chance to be 4-4 after 8 rounds, and looking at a good rest of the year. And Rhyce Shaw's form has been very good (especially for him) so far this year, more of that please Rhyce. Thanks.

Cam. :)
