I still think Goaties best role for the team is playing as an attacking HB, he and the team have better springboard options

I'd like to see Goat spend some more time off HB too. Problem is that he's our best clearance player as well as best linking/goal scoring half forward.

McRae likes to say that the Goat plays where he's needed at the time. But when we're struggling to transition the ball past half-way like last week, he should take kick-ins. He was a big reason our transition game was so good when he was playing back there.

Also, people will start whinging again about the Goat padding his stats takin kick-ins, which would be delightful music to my ears.

Wish we owned three Goats but unfortunately we'll have to settle with one.

Yep I remember 81,82,87 and 95 and they were all great times. Carlton are building and it seems certain supporters of other clubs are starting to get a bit antsy.

I've already acknowledged Carlton won the June Participation Trophy as the second best team in the competition (behind Sydney) as at the end of June.
