Im a little off topic, as we are talking 2025, but history matters, cold hard facts matter... see below:
Wooden spoons - Carlton 5 (last 2018)
Wooden spoons Collingwood 2 (last 1999)
Premierships – Carlton – 16 (last 1995)
Premierships Collingwood 16 (last 2023)
Runner-up’s – Carlton – 13 (last 1999)
Runner-up’s – Collingwood 27 (last 2018)
60-0 late in the second quarter – 2024 - Carlton (lol...arggghhh)

As for 2025, im happy to take a fun bet with any blues supporter who a) regularly posts and b) been a Bigfooty 'member' for more than five years. Pies will finish higher on the ladder at completion of the home and away season,
The bet: 1) change avatar/image to Pies logo until the completion of the 2025 season; 2) have a signature block stating: "Go Pies" and 3) Type message within the Pies BF thread stating" Pies are the best club in the land and Ive been mistaken all my life thinking the Blues were any good"
Ill do the inverse on the near impossibility that Pies finish lower in 2025.

You left out some important facts
Pies have won more than 2/3s of their flags in wartime or prior
But I have another option for you, given a number of Pie regulars in here have us pegged for 13th or lower, how about we place an avatar bet on that result
We finish 12th or higher, you change your avatar to a Carlton jumper, 13th or lower, I'll change mine to a Pies jumper

well i dont think you are that bad, keep it simple arrow, pies better than blues or not?
Be careful - you have to be very specific with your contract terms with this cohort.
For example - the avatar changes and posts have to be made immediately after the season, and the poster can't go into hiding for 6 months after the season finishes...
