There actually has been a response.Love how as always, Fadge has completely dodged responding to this.
Lipinski C grader, Hewett B. Pretty clear to see the difference here.
And 2022?Blind Freddy could have finished top 10 collingwoods best and fairest in 2024. There was Nick , and then anyone who played more than 15 games after that. No great accomplishment mind you. Top 7 ? Whoopdeeffindooo !!!
When are you getting to that remedial English class?
Fudger, you responded to a different poster and largely dismissed the facts presented in the post... As you always do.There actually has been a response.

Absolutely nothing in the post was new information to me, hence there was no need for me to do anything other than:Fudger, you responded to a different poster and largely dismissed the facts presented in the post... As you always do.
Walsh is out for 2-3 weeks. Daicos has an issue that can last years if its a bad case.Ok we can now add Walsh to Naicos as pre-season casualties ...
has the outlook changed?

We don't rely on Walsh as much as the dirty birds would rely on NaicosOk we can now add Walsh to Naicos as pre-season casualties ...

Daics snr ruined the peak of his career by spending too much time on his feet, hopefully junior can learn that lesson a bit more quicklyWalsh is out for 2-3 weeks. Daicos has an issue that can last years if its a bad case.
Its a shyte injury to have to carry - a bit like Walshy and his back - except Carlton supporters are gracious and sportmanslike enough to not BS about "injooreez dun matta" - which is inury trolling ...Daics snr ruined the peak of his career by spending too much time on his feet, hopefully junior can learn that lesson a bit more quickly
Number 1 rule of football is to look after your feet

Some Pies fans first reactions to the Walsh news was that they hoped Cripps goes down too. Shameless that mob of ferals.Its a shyte injury to have to carry - a bit like Walshy and his back - except Carlton supporters are gracious and sportmanslike enough to not BS about "injooreez dun matta" - which is inury trolling ...
Seriously all the best to the kid - one of the most entertianing players to watch in the game. He should be fine in time.
yeah but 'some' is always a minority in any Club ...I like the no injury trolling rule on BF and I dont like how some 'expert' posters weazle word their way around it...Some Pies fans first reactions to the Walsh news was that they hoped Cripps goes down too. Shameless that mob of ferals.
Pies steady at $10, though Daics has drifted slightly to $7 for the Brownlowdo you think Naicos's injury cloud alters the likely outlook for Collingwood ? Have the market odds changed what does this all say about probability - so many questions....
Fudgee thoughts?
In his last three seasons, Lipinski has actually finished 6th in the 2022 Copeland (the Richmond poster overlooked that), played in a premiership in 2023, and finished 7th in the 2024 Copeland.
Still think he's a C-Grader, but improving with each year he's at the Pies (and 2.5 years younger than Hewett), after being a fringe player as a youngster in a strong Bulldogs midfield.
It's a line ball about who I'd prefer to go into 2025 with - and comes down to a team's needs.
Absolutely nothing in the post was new information to me, hence there was no need for me to do anything other than:
A) Correct the omission of Lipinski's 6th place finish in the 2022 Copeland, and
B) Repeat my conclusion that they are both C Graders going into 2025.
Quite simply, maybe I'm a harsher marker than many others. Players I consider B Graders are:
Josh Daicos (pushing into A Grader status)
Brayden Maynard (perennial top 5 Copeland finisher and proven finals performer)
Jack Crisp (dual best and fairest and proven finals player)
They are behind Collingwood's A Graders - N. Daicos, D. Moore (though was down from this level in 2024), D. Houston, J. De Goey.
Jeepers.I think it’s too hard with just A, B, C etc….
Hewett = B-
J Daicos = B+
Maynard = B
Lipinski = C
Crisp = B+
Yeah, sorry.Throws out ludicrous comments like Hewett and Lipinski are similar level players and that Cox has had a better career than Walsh...
Then has a melt when people call him out for being an peanut
Good to see you owning up to your mistakes Fudge!Yeah, sorry.
I really did lose my shit earlier when another poster exposed me as a peanut because I rated Hewett as a C Grader whilst they rated him a B-
Apologies everyone.
