Trying to be objective here...
1. Saints - a holding year (P8-P10) - confident they are on the right track for the future - very dependent upon big Marshall in the ruck. If he goes down, probably bottom 6.
2. Dees - too much reliance on too few (P10-P12) - if 2 of Max, Trac, May or Lever go down for any length of time they are bottom 6 material. Coach gone by end of season regardless
3. Bombers - (P14-P16) - I have my doubts about the coach. They still seem lost in trying to find their way out of saga-induced doldrums.

Because I think you will go backwards and it's quite difficult to play finals winning less than 11 games.

Because it's not possible for every team to go forward every year?
I have the Saints as bottom 4 chances in 2025, only time will tell whether that's accurate or not.

Dees have the most talent on the list. For at least next year or so they would be first. Then saints and them Dons.
Saints I just don’t think they have the elite talent on the list. The questions for me are on someone like King and if he can take the next step. They’d be wanting Philipou to take the next step pretty fast.
Dons didn’t seem to add to their list and in fact losing Stringer will be a hit. Also seem to have stuffed some recent draft picks. The 2020 draft could haunt them for a while.
