Why Hawthorn Are The Most Insecure Club In The League

Hawthorn try to prounce around about how big they are in terms of support and members and the like. Lets all dedicate this thread to putting the minows back into their place.

Clubs dont include non-ticketed memberships to their official totals such as the pet memberships so stop prouncing around like other clubs include bogus packages. HAWTHORN actually offer packages that give 2 free memberships when you sign up family's which are used to increase their membership figure higher than it should be. (minow act)

Hawthorn have cheapo 1-game armchair's, and heaps of interstate and 3-game bullshit memberships that increase their total dramatically. Clubs like Richmond only offer proper memberships that are much more expensive that are 11 and 17 game memberships unless the willing party is interstate. (minow hawthorn tactic)

The high Hawthorn membership number is one of the biggest illusions in footy. So combine their bandwagon effect (which every club has and is a good thing) with these bogus packages and you have a membership number bigger than any other club. I mean it's a good marketing strategy and good on them. It's just sad and laughable how some of the Hawks fans get off on this artificially inflated figure, along with their club officials pumping up their clubs figures. Stop believing your own lies.

Now a true reflection of support would be in attendances right? well in the past 10 years we have outdrawn you in almost every year except last year. Hawthorn continue to fail at life and are and always be a minow club.

Threads like these make me feel extremely secure because of the fact that our clubs success (both off and inparticularly on the field) gets under your clubs supporters skin so, so much!

This is a very mean thread, and the mods may consider deleting it because of the sensitive nature of the subject.

It has to do with mutilation, abandonment and death, which are none of them joking matters.

As we know the majority of Hawthorn supporters are household pets. Christmas is a peak time for pets being abandoned: also lot of pets are given away as presents, which is extremely traumatic for the pet.

One the pet is given as a gift they are typically given a range of sharp injections, and many are neutered. Most shelters vaccinate and neuter abandoned pets as a matter of course, if they are not euthanised.

Show some sensitivity for their plight.

As for their human supprters, well they are so few in number they probably suffer from isolation-related anxiety, not to mention the paranoia typical of <INJUNCTION>

Epic Failure by you. We dont include non-ticketed memberships such as these in our official talley. However Hawthorn offer 2 free memberships when a family signs up hence the pet membership tag line for Hawthorn, and the artificial inflation of Hawthorns memberships. We are the family club. The family membership allows for a family of up to four kids. So what? I would have thought Richmond and Collingwood would have gotten onto this ages ago given the socio-economic status of their member base.
