My understanding is that wickets in England will have par scores of around 330.

That's what I would be expecting, but it is still early in the summer so there might be some juice for the bowlers who are looking to attack.

Going on recent results 330 is maybe a bit under par. England chased 350+ a couple of times against Pakistan.
