Zookotas 2016 Afl phantom draft

Great phantom draft mate with some refreshing points of view!!! I think lions will look for some contested mids in the 16-24 range. And ideally some that have inside & outside games. Which players around this range do you think will be the best options if lions drafted for those types?

Hope your right about Parto. Our development of mids in recent times haven't been as good as some of the other clubs going around. From the games i saw at WAFL, he was promising but it seemed to me he struggled against the mature bodies. Hopefully a big presason or 2 in the gym can solve that. His finish to the year was good.
Well if West Coast extended Luke Partingtons contract without him playing an AFL game yet surely that shows they really think he has talent and they are trying to build him up for his first game. It would definitely take some time for him to breakthrough the midfield but when it comes he will do well. He really reminds me of Lachie neale and Lachie is one of my favourite players to watch mate.

Thank you very much mate, I really do appreciate this! I try my best with this aswell as to entertain you readers. Well for the lions I have them drafting Will Brodie,Alex Witherden,Shai Bolton and Jacob Alison. Ainsworth is most likely going to take Brisbanes first pick now, possibly even more with the likes of Josh Green being delisted who played a very similiar role that Ainsworth plays. Personally I see Will Brodie suiting Brisbane more to help out in the midfield with his clearances and stoppage work but Ainsworth isnt a bad player and has x factor and the potential to be something bigger. As for other mids around pick 16-24 who I would personally choose for Brisbane, it would be out of Shai bolton/Jacob Allison/Sam Powell Pepper/Dylan Clarke,Brandon Parfitt. I really rate those 5 players and think all could suit Brisbane in years to come. Jacob Alison and Brandon Parfitt are very underrated but are very great players and both made it into TAC under 18 All Australians with most of the 2015 draftees. Hope this answered what you wanted.

Wow mate this comment has definitely made me happier, I'm very happy that you think this is the best phantom draft you have ever read!! Simpkin will no doubt suit western bulldogs, he is just the type of player they'd usually go for. I've rated Brennan Cox for awhile and think his such a great key positional player. In fact he was in my top 15 favourite draftees, but since I think this draft has alot of talent he just missed out but I do rate him as a very great player. However I think he will be picked abit after doggies second pick. I do think that Josh Rotham will go to doggies second pick and he is rated better but both have serious talent and I would think either at that pick would be a great pick so your on the right track for your second pick. Unfortunately the next rounds werent on my list as they take awhile to write and anything could happen after round 1 of drafts but Ill think about it, if not next year it could possibly happen.Sam Walker is a beauty an abit underrated but ive been keeping my on him thats for sure. Both Brennan Cox and Sam Walker made TAC under 18 All Australians team so they definitely have talent and ones that should be watched very closely!

Yes I watched the game also watched the GF which both Will and Jonty played in, Jonty took out the nedal for MVP it was his only U/18 Game for the year as he played SANFL league footy not juniors like Will, he was too good to be playing Juniors unfortunatly Will didnt have the runs on the board to get a gig at league level
Will actually played school football when not at SANFL level which didnt allow him to play consistent SANFL football to push for a league spot
