Really expected the Paddy replacement to be named in the backline. This doesn't help at all. Could be Gould, could be Reid, could be neither!

Of that bench you would think Gulden, Rowbottom and Papley will be playing. Wouldn't be surprised if JPK was used as sub again after seeing how effective he was in that capacity. So being a defender short, I reckon we're on for Gould here.

Would just prefer he plays and in the mids. But if he'd just be at half back, then may as well be sub.

Would have felt more confident if we had P Mccartin in as their tall forward line have some great marks especially when they plonk O Mcinerny there.

Don't think we'll get up this game and the lions won't be caught on the hop like they were last year......BUT this is a good sign of things because I thought we'd get whipped by Hawthorn and lose to West Coast because of their ins.
