And I think you’re confusing her acceptance of his behaviors as consent. One is confirmed before before taking any action, the other offered after. Happy for you to confirm she’d actually given consent for him to grope her breast and try to expose it in a public setting and on film.

Obviously she didn't consent but if they are in a relationship and she has already allowed a breast to be exposed, I can't see why he wouldn't take it for granted she would be agreeable. But the complicating factor here is that they are in a public place. However the mere act of her posting the video to Instagram is evidence of consent.

Seriously this business of consent can be taken too far. 'Will you kiss?' 'Can I touch your breast?' Can I put my arm around you?' etc. Are people meant to ask their partner to consent to absolutely every move they make? Love making will get to the stage where both partners will have to sign off to each action.

Then later in life Jordy will find out the most successful line is, "you can keep reading your book".
 
So it looks like Jordy was a no show at training again today. Does anyone know if that’s the case? And if so would that put him in some doubt for Sunday from a preparation standpoint?

Yeah, having looked at the game and reconsidered, I’ve changed my mind. The reactions of some of the media people - and Matthew Lloyd etc - influenced me too much.

oh, and to all those people out there saying people on here can’t change their minds after discussion. Here ‘s an example of it. Itd be good if more could do it.

I’m on the “nothing happened here” side of the argument so not sure why I’m copping all the grief. Just highlighting that it was very unlikely he had consent which is the argument being presented by many as his defence. It’s just wrong imho. Can’t take the media and the reporting of the saga to task for being wrong if the counterarguments you mount in support are just as wrong.

Could you imagine. It would be an incoherent nonsensical rant like "my truth is I know the hypothetical woman that they were talking about and she's really hurt by the comments made. CFC hasn't done enough to protect her or acknowledge she exists."

Doubt he plays TBH. Probably better he takes a week to wait for it to cool a bit

I smoked so much weed the other night…my truth was trans meditating throughout the universe…after 3 laps it appeared back on my doorstep…disguised as an Artichoke…then I knew it was a sign to re engage with the known world with a call to arms against the evil Collingwood empire.
