Don't like seeing him there either, but of late, when he does go to centre bounces, we as a collective slow the opposition exit or start winning more than when we have had pure inside mids. It's the reason I would like to see more cameos from more agile types like Doc, Martin, Saad, Durdin at centre bounces
I like the concept of Durdin having a cameo in there. He’s robust physically and doesn’t fumble at all.

If Freo get as many looks at I50 as Richmond did, we'll get a bad result.

76 inside 50s to the Tigers, their season average is 57 (ours is 56).

That must be fixed....
Don’t blaze out of the backline. Wings need to stay wide and give a short option. Need to use the short option then cut back through the middle. We panic kicked a LOT in the wet last week coming out of the backline. Won’t happen this week.

Watch what Kingy and Montagna point out, then watch the replay LOB and Martin were deserving of being dropped
LOB has been great, I do concede that he can get quite loose in the contest and lose his handle on the footy - or as the layman would say 'he ****en s**t himself' but his left boot is an absolute weapon and he can run up and down those wings all day.

Unrelated but I am pumped to see Honey in. I reckon our forward rotation looks pretty bloody good and would be first preference at this point.

F: Fisher, Curnow, Owies
FF: Durdin, McKay, Honey

Rotations:
JSOS (RUC/FWD)
TDK (RUC/FWD)

Martin is a little more dynamic than Owies but he just can't stay on the park. Cuningham is a weapon too but we're yet to see his body hold up to the rigours for an extended period.

I also think Tabs may be a late out with Meek to replace. Giving him every chance to get up though.

Sweet. They got team selection right.

Honey adds a new dimension to our forward line. I know Martin is injured but he hasn’t contributed much this year.

Pressure is on our key mids to step up this week. Last week they got lot of possessions but really let us down in the centre contests.

Looking forward to them bouncing back this week.

Monumentally stupid, we’ve been smashed in the middle for weeks- let’s do nothing and it will fix itself- especially now that the back line is depleted, let’s set them up for more punishment.
gee, I dunno, kneejerk commentator on narrow focus sports forum or panel with 1000s of games experience playing, coaching, developing, selecting - hmmmm
