Perspective should be viewed in a number of ways. I have made comments over the last two weeks, that while Kemp is playing undersized, his positioning was poor and was giving his opponents way too much space. Came in to try an play a role due to all our injuries, rather than solid form at the lower levels

Kemp will be a damaging player, moreso as a utility where he can spread his time over a number of positions

Been thinking about how difficult it would be for Kemp. They'd have a development plan across multiple positions but he's been switched about to cover gaps because of the injuries. Reckon he's been doing pretty good and showing what a useful advantage hell be. He can help create mismatches etc. Keep.

If he really wants it he will explode for next year when side be ready .. he will play between the arcs .. Voss been playing three winger all year he will replace one of them ..
