I remember what I was doing that day when I remember that game. I have never been so mad after a game before.

I was painting a fence and checking thr score periodically. Figured we had it in the bag. Then the next time I checked, we had somehow lost. I was fuming.

We played Bris then Freo away derby then Cats Fri night all at Subi.

Smashed Bris. Got smashed by Pav and Freo then got over cats in a classic.

The Brissy game was party time, Flat tracking 10 goal last qtr at its finest

Given their mothers body shape and frame, I find it difficult to imagine any of the Judd boys having the physique to ever be able to withstand the rigours of AFL football.

When exactly is the deadline for Ashcroft giving an answer as to whether he will nominate for Brisbane as a father son?

The deadline is a week before the draft.

If he hasn’t nominated us within a week of us being knocked out of finals, then we know he doesn’t want to come to Brisbane.

Ashcroft will go to Brisbane. He's just not committing anything just now.

If he goes to Brisbane he can come back to Melbourne in two years if he wishes. Why would he risk his development by spending two years at North?

If Clarkson is at North that might sway him.

He'd know that he'd be in the guts day 1 and there might be a desire to form a partnership with LDU and JHF.
Things can turn quickly, I think North are building a decent list with some good top end talent. There's just a lot of dead wood to work through.
