Crouch had the same choice.

Crouch didn't quite have the same level of profile as DeGoey. I think it sounds as though Amon is keen on Hawks, he's a nice player but not really one you'd want to go into a bidding war on.

I had a knee problem, and my physio told me he was very confident we could fix it with the correct exercise.
But i was doing the exercises very diligently for weeks and going for physio sessions and it remained really painful.

He said there was a chance that it was something else , but you needed an MRI to tell, and you could only get an MRI subsidised if you had a suspected torn meniscus. He was very sure i didn't have a torn meniscus , but he wrote a letter to show a GP to try to get a referral for an MRI.

Unfortunately i went to my normal doctor , who is pretty switched on.
He didn't just write a referral like i might expect from some sleazy bulk billing gp, he had a decent look.
" You don't have a torn meniscus , out you go ".

I've had a torn PCL , caught a skii tip in a tree root and pretty much twisted my foot sideways until it went twang.
I'd been skiing to the Buller carpark at the end of the day, ( bustrip ) so i finished skiing down. Packed my gear in the bus. Walked up the steps , then turned sideways onto that leg to get past someone in the aisle, BANG , down i went. Just collapsed under me.
When i let it heal naturally without getting it treated i ended up with a bucket tear, which would lock my leg in a slightly bent position at random times.
I'd have to find a bench seat or something and put my shin on it, bending my knee, then manipulate my foot until it freed up.

Eventually had it fixed with an arthroscope.

The PCL is still really loose, i have to be careful if i'm twisting against that knee, because i have no sense if i've twisted too far.
Soft..

Both of them wouldn't getting above average money , but nothing we couldn't afford.
Crouch didn't do no Fisher and with far better credentials than DeGoey , this why I think his contract would be around the 750 mark - max and Amon around 550 as a guess.

Geelong wouldn't be paying anymore.

Checked AFL.com and injury list. Nothing

Just thought I’d go to ‘the source’. But cheers.

“check google” definitely one word less of your time than saying “ out for season”.

Top bloke.
Just more WA chip on shoulder stuff towards the sigma Victorian posters.

I keep forgetting that we are missing Howard, Gresham, Ryder, McKenzie and Billings to injury. All are best 22. Howard and Ryder are integral to our spine. McKenzie’s absence is tangible, and Gresh and Billings bring the skill. Not to mention Jones is also not in the side on bad from.

I guess my point is that most of the aforementioned players (depending on how you feel about Billings/Jones) have been notable best 22 players for us over the last two seasons. But even with them being out, I didnt really clock it until now.

Either that’s a good sign that I think we
can hold up without them, or, we’re about to be exposed on the injury front. Interested to see what the team cohesion and unison is like tomorrow, hoping we bring a committed mentality/effort to overcome any absence of the usual talent.

No need to project your inadequacy upon the rest of your board.

Freo supporters pardoned.
Get on your knees and thank us sigma Victorians that we even allowed you to create your own cute little team to join the VFL.
