Would be a good contest. Lack of fitness might count against Brisbane since they must be well into their 40’s or 50’s by now. There’s also a slight chance that Martin Pike might eat one or two of the Baileys.

I can't even see Giantroo's post. Somebody says out of nowhere at 8.12pm that this "is random and would suck" but there is no news on why a young guy who's just had his best year, seemingly playing for the club he loves as a father/son would want out.

Actually at the moment I still don't know what's going on so would love to be enlightened with some context here. First Jed, now whispers on Bailey?
We can't be keeping the deadwood and losing our quality players.

I like Bailey but if it’s true so be it. We get what we can for him and move on. If your not wanting to be invested then get out. Simple as that. He is not indispensable. He chose us over Geelong and Gold Coast because he wanted to be in Melbourne. I remember that coming from him. Different from Archer and McDonald who bleed blue and white.

But Mark Duffield reckons we've got a "long deal" in front of Acres. (listen: at about the 12 min mark)
Add Brad Hill into the mix too, and there might not be too many openings on our wings next year.

Similar sentiment. He's had a good year, if he wants out so be it though. We have much bigger fish to fry at the moment.

I'm really disappointed to hear this. He's come a long way this year and could see him being an important part of our midfield group in the future.

I hope he is one of the guys that Clarko wants to keep and he's currently pulling out all stops to hold on to him.

I do recall hearing on here he wasn’t happy a while ago.

I did think his improvement this season might have help him be a bit happier.

If he does go I’m not sure we will get much, which these days is where my mind goes.
