My experience is guys who are very proud of their abs can have a real hard time gaining size elsewhere, they have trouble ingesting enough to grow without losing the washboard and they value that higher.
Not to say that's what's happening here but it's part of why its easier to go from chubby teen to build man than skinny teen to built man.
Almost the exact opposite with women though, girls are so worried about lifting weights when they aren't eating enough to gain mass

I don't think it's a stretch to say Liam's career is on tenterhooks at this point. He wouldve seen a blueprint for guys such as Brandon Matera, Darcy, Serong, Acres, Jackson etc who have all benefited greatly from working with him.

Hearing Tom Sheridan talking about requesting a trade end of 2012 (after year one at Freo) to Essendon and Bomber Thompson telling him that they deal with things like this all the time - just tell Freo you aren't getting the flight back, Essendon putting a huge swath of picks on the table for him.

Yeah you can't predict anything with 100% certainty but they have definitely expressed their interest in him. Why wouldn't he come out and say "My dad was the first captain of the club and I want to play for Freo"? Seems like an easy way to get to us so maybe he isn't fussed where he ends up or the club doesn't rate him.

Yeah that's the one. He had a pretty good season in 2019 though which he acknowledged was on the back of a big pre season.
