I agree but regardless of who slides our achillies heel is connection between the arcs, so our priority should be to pick the best available with all our picks who will remedy the problem. If its mckenzie @ 10 so be it, if its Hollands I am happy, as long as we upgrade our best 22 with players that hit targets and breaklines under pressureIf we take Allan we must seriously have the biggest midfield ever assembled...
Cripps 195cm 95kg
Allan 194cm 85kg
Kennedy 190cm 90kg
Acres 189cm 92kg
Cerra 188cm 86kg
Carroll 188cm 82kg
Hewett 187cm 86kg
Walsh 184cm 84kg
Frightening large.
Would still prefer a range of others around that pick 10 mark over Allan but a good prospect regardless.
With the rumours of him bolting though it just adds even more intrigue around who we'll select at 10. Does Tsatas or Ginbey slide? Philippou, Humphrey? I've long seen Hollands as the perfect selection if a better option isn't available as he's about as low risk as you can get... But I'd pounce of any of them in a heartbeat if they make it that far.
sheepy goes full baalligerent....I don’t expect anyone to agree. My ego is fine by the way. Maybe you should check yours.
Aiden bonarCan Allan play football or is he another one of those draft combine specialist that everyone seems to over react to
For every Aiden Bonar there's at least one Tom Temay (remember him?), and that's only from our club. The thought of the drafting of these athletic types that can't play football is always met with guffaws of laughter but it's opposite barely raises an eyelid. Why is one funny and the other glossed over?Aiden bonar

This guy is seemingly on the inside, rates Phillipou very highly on talent - and I think we're in a position to take a really talented kid and make it work....

What's even more ridiculous is how he values Cadman...Curious why ^^^ poster removed Lemmey...
Was some talk late in the season that Smith might be a draft bolter.Prediction - 2022 Phantom Drafts
A lot of maybe the Afl did this, maybe that, could have, should have. Not a single sentence about him taking responsibility for his own actions. One strike policy for inflicting violence on a woman. What, are you suggesting there should be two strike, three strike policy. The man has shown to be...www.bigfooty.com
Gave us Busslinger and Kaleb Smith (who I hadn't heard of)

East Fremantle defender Kaleb Smith ended the year with a flurry, overcoming injury to impress and earn a state combine invite.central.rookieme.com

I didn't know about that but that was his father. Clinton Benjamin was always a running gag but the smaller guys who aren't exactly athletic powerhouses (although Temay was supposed to be a good runner) just disappear with a mere whiff of fleeting pity. I can't say I fully understand the difference in attitude.Even St Kilda fans thought his old man Paul couldn’t play - as their used to be a banner waving from their cheer squad end “Temay can’t play”.
Can you double like a post?? How about triple???I agree but regardless of who slides our achillies heel is connection between the arcs, so our priority should be to pick the best available with all our picks who will remedy the problem. If demanding a comparison in style to a recent player, the best is our own superstar Sam Walsh. Hollands has better disposal, but naturally has some work to do to to reach Walshy’s level. Unfortunately the other modern player who has a little similarity is McGrath, only in terms of hot potato handballs. Thinking it was an effort to bring team mates in to the game, but there was a little of Hollands being handball happy and giving it to a team mate in poorer position when he went exclusively inside (a bit of Marc Murphy too perhaps with that) I am not concerned as that will be drilled out, hopefully from a couple of listed players too. It wasn’t an overwhelming issue and shot out some excellent ones too, but being honest there a bit of it.From my very limited viewing Hollands looks like a pretty similar player to that of Bailey Smith. Do those in the know agree with this or is he more a poor man’s Smith?
I’m a big buyer of attitude and work ethic in every aspect of life be it footy or business and Hollands seems to have both of these in spades and seems a real competitor which I also love. Feels like whatever happens with pick 10 it bodes for a good result. If demanding a comparison in style to a recent player, the best is our own superstar Sam Walsh. Would still be elated to hear his name at our pick on draft night.
Ummmm. Liam Sumner was a 10… LO… Am I allowed to go there?I’m a big buyer of attitude and work ethic in every aspect of life be it footy or business and Hollands seems to have both of these in spades and seems a real competitor which I also love.
