Anyone else on here ever got blackout drunk and not remembered anything the next day?
Yes.

Different story.

Back in the day (mid 90’s) went to a rave and took some stupid sh!t, and OD. Was trying to jump in to open windows of cars driving through the Valley. Amongst other things. Ended up in the P.A. Psych ward.

Was definitely out of character for me.

I'm not sure how to say this. OK yes I'm an oppo fan, but I'm not having a crack you guys.

Based purely on the preseason showing, I probably have you in the bottom two still.

I haven't seen North, so I don't know if they're still North bad. But because they've been bad for a long time, they are pretty deep on young talented midfielders, and provided they don't have many injuries to their senior players, they could finish above you.

Hawthorn have f-all midfield depth, so I do expect them to fall in a hole at some point.

Personally I can not wait for Simpson to be sacked, been great for this club but the fact he’s still clearly going to give the bulk of the midfield minutes to our washed senior players is hilarious.

Warning you all now that our younger guys are going to look very mediocre when they are asked to play in roles they shouldn’t be played in just so Simmo can accomodate certain senior guy.

Sick of it

Who's the third mid you're putting in at centre bounces with Ginbey and Hewett?

If you play the young kids as you're prime movers, you're probably going to burn them out, and expose them injuries that could screw them for the next 5 years.

Yes, they might have close to the muscle mass as some of your senior players, but they're not hard bodies with genuine core strength yet, that can take the week in week out pounding.

Let the old boys take the punishment this year. Trade a late pick for Robertson, and put him in next year to do the grunt work. You're going to want to ease Ginbey and Hewett in to full time roles in 3 seasons time, when their physically mature enough to take it.

Get the **** outta here with your common sense.

I think we still finish above North and Hawks, whether we finish above a couple of others really depends on how many games Nic plays. We looked ok against Port who are supposed to finish higher than the Crows but tonight was average.

I’m not sure how to say this but I liked you more when you took drugs and got admitted to a psych ward.

I’m not saying play them all in the midfield for majority of the game, but they should see a lot more on ball opportunity than what they’ve been given so far.

I have zero interest in Robertson.

Being a bottom 4 team whilst playing an old squad is just funny to me, I expect Simpson to exclude guys like Hewett / Chesser from the best 22 regularly.

Our 3 leading disposal getters were once again defenders, I’m just sick of the football we play under Simpson, even know we’ve sort of addressed the lack of run from half back, nearly everything else looks very similar to the last several years.

I used to work in the Valley - sounds like a typical Saturday night ;)
