Disagree. I think facing Sydney anywhere would be the hardest of all the finals matches. They Strangle Teams with their Crap style of play. Choke the life out of You like a Python, then swallow you whole when You’ve had enough. Beating Sydney anywhere anytime, let alone a Final is a Big Deal.
I reckon easily the 6 best finalist teams will be going ahead after this week.
Saints and Swans(at the MCG) were the weakest links.

Maybe so, but every other finalist breathed a sigh of relief when We took them out of the equation👍

What actually happened was people rightfully pointed out or said wtf with Harry's two misses from the goal sqaure and then captain save a harry's all came out and it went downhill from there
Expressing frustration over mistakes is one thing, reducing players to just their mistakes is another.

Going past that and expressing happiness that a player, who dons the jumper of the club we're supposed to support, is injured is detestable rubbish. People are free to their opinions on a forum, and people are free to call them out and hope they **** off to facebook or whatever bridge they crawled under from.

You do realise after Harry’s miss in the 3rd we replied to Sydney’s 3 goals in a row by kicking 3 goals in a row ourselves.

Also the irony about your comment is it actually “all went downhill” when he went off as Charlie had to play further from goal to provide what Harry was doing for us which in turn robbed us of having Charlie as the next option closer to goal.

Harry will be a big out next week. I just hope SOS is available next week as he can play that lead up option.
Mate I respect your opinion but I disagree. I think we will be better with one less tall. We haven't played as well since he came back. Less forward half pressure. Frequent re-entries are what break teams.

Who was happy he was injured? Not me. Please retract if that is what you are inferring.

Last night was glorious. Noise at the G when we were up and about was glorious. Sat in the forward pocket behind the point post. Unique spot to watch the game, lose some of the sight and understanding of the midfield contest but the intercept marks and goals are magical. Jack Martin in the last quarter, you absolute star. Voice still sore today. Best game of my life by far.

We’ll have to agree to disagree which is fine. I thought we looked really good last night until Harry went off. The Dees players and coaches will be wrapped if he doesn’t plays next week. We will miss his lead up play.

We are a much more dangerous prospect with both Harry and Charlie in the forward line together. The two of them were working beautifully together last night. I don't think that it's a coincidence that the game tightened right up after Harry left the ground, until then we still had control.

In the last Charlie took marks on the wing and high half forward, with Harry he could kick long to a contest but with him kissing he had to hold it up.

Who was he kissing?
A bit weird in the middle of a game, but hey...whatevs.

What was the go with the Sydney player kicking around the corner after the Q1 siren? I thought it was made that you had to run straight on your line.

During the season when players like Charlie or Harry line up for a around the corner kick at goal, the umpire pay play on after the smallest step, I found the around the corner shot at goal by the Swans to be strange.

You can start from the skinny side of the mark as long as you kick over the man on the mark.

I hope we are both right in different ways because he ain't playing next week

I'm sure that we will find a way as we have at other times this season when key personnel have been missing, just would prefer him out there stretching their defence.

I see your point but I reckon against Melbourne it's better for us.....they are setup to intercept mark, then run the ball out and kick goals from the back.

We have more chance of locking it in now for repeat entries. We need TDK and Silvagni to compete hard and bring the ball to ground. Then lock it in until we score.

Will workout better bookmark this post

At the end of the day as long as we win, it's all good, let's see how we go.
