Do you have a link to the article? I can't find anything on Google or the AFL website. Not doubting you, just trying to find the article you referenced.
From the article below:

"For instance, it would have allowed Adelaide to list one of Rory Sloane or Taylor Walker as a veteran for 2024 and opened up another spot on their primary list. The idea was designed to keep veterans in the game without sacrificing a list spot that a youngster may have taken, with the veteran’s full payments still counted in the salary cap."

There's a link in the post above

Well thats fantastic , just like the Will Day is close to joining been dudded
Sorry guys, will continue to share what I get , some has been accurate in the past
All good..you can't make people sign and his management team might have just used our interest to get the extra big long contract he really as after

Keep sharing what you can..otherwise this time of year becomes torture

Sorry for the brigading fellas though I have to admit, I do like a good quick fraudulising when it’s in my teams favour. Credit to Viva la Mattner for fronting straight back up when many others wouldn’t. Trade season continues to look like it will be boring as batshit

No harm done.

Sometimes info can be leaked from the most impeccable source, that is knowingly false.

They will have their reasons for this. Fingers crossed it's not that!

Not if you stay here .. we've got irons in the fire everywhere :D

And some of those irons don't even know that they're in the fire

Have heard both Burgoyne and Mead looking to move on
It wouldn't surprise me if a few Port players on the fringe of the 22 are miffed by Ken's comments.

I have no interest in Mead as he's way too vanilla, but Jase has a lot of potential that would be worth taking a punt on.

We went from nothing to Cox and Hayward back to nothing in a flash.

Speak for yourself, this is a thrilling rollercoaster ride already. Thrilling.

I hear Pav’s coming to us. And Byron Schammer. Stay tuned.

Yep and I hear Graeme Johncock is almost fit enough to play midfield soon

So are we going to do anything other than getting Burgess?

Chol will have a better chance of being best 22 at brisbane and hawthorn, the bidding war for pick for 4 appears to gone above the our budget, what's left?

That's such a strange player to be interested in, however, it doesn't look like it.

Just seems a year where we've swung and missed with our main targets .

It's feeling like a Luke Lowden year
