Interesting that Houston still hasn't publicly nominated Collingwood as his preferred destination
Probably because he's not confident of landing there & still a good chance of remaining with the Power.

They get to keep Houston, arguably their most influential player.
Yes, keeping Houston instead of pick 13 & using future pick on Lukosius would be a smarter option.

How? They're trading 3 for 12 and 14

14 off to Tigers for Baker

That doesn't help stockpile picks for Warner, it's disgraceful trade lol

Paying pick 14 for Baker puts perspective on paying pick 28 for ANB

There is not that much gap between the two players talent - ANB probably has the stronger leadership qualities

How refreshing seeing a footy supporter on here not crying like a baby and throwing the toys out of the cot at everything their club is (perceived) to do.

Could I trade some of the children on our board for you? We need more adults in these parts.
You posted that after how many beers? At least this time you weren’t boasting about drinking and posting, adult

Not sure that someone else overpaying changes our trade though.

This is worth a listen if you got a few minutes

Judging by a few of the comment's its almost like Kane was reading from the Houston thread on the power board 😂

Eagles getting smashed, maybe their board will change their mind

Media is in overdrive trying to justify the trade, claiming it puts West Coast in a good position.

It's a membership in the microwave type of trade

Always the case when Non-Vic/Vic trades happen. Houston should go for pick 13 and steak knives but Rioli is worth pick 6 and 23.

good point mate. I cant remember the last time, if ever, a player, let alone an A Grade and high profile trade target, hasnt nominated a club. Its been regularly said in the media he wants Pies or Blues (seemingly unlikely now) and I just hope he doesnt buckle and agree to go to Kangas with Power pushing him towards that outcome if he wants to get back to Vic. No way is he worth a pick 1-4 in next years draft (and I understand Power dont want next year anyway but could no doubt on trade that for perhaps a top 10 pick this year AND a first rounder next year if Kangas are so stupid to offer that up)
