Kochie isn't silent on most things. Must be a shock to his ego that the Port faithful have turned on Ken and on him.
Or maybe he realises if he comments in the media he will have to bullshit to us, and realises we wont listen to his bullshit any more.

His belief in our gameplan kills me.
The penny just dropped for me why he'll never be a Premiership Coach.
Its the arrogance.
'If we do everything right we win the game'.
No Ken, you can do everything right in your mind, its up to the opposition if they let that be enough.
You're only ever as good as you're opposition lets you be in a 2 dog race.

Its why you fall short in big games.

Just watched the Kane and Kingy highlights from this morning. Kane was asked whose to blame for GWS down form Kane says "It's on the coach".
Wtf is going on.
Kingers can't kick it for 'em!

He's realised that clinging to Ken is the wrong hand to play and has taken the first step to distance himself.

You've got to control the media, as they'll go with whatever carries the most support.
Ken is a master of it, which has never been more evident, but its past the tipping point now and anyone who either wants to maintain a relationship with the club for business purposes, or if they're smart, people on the payroll who want to keep their job, should be hitching their wagon to the loudest voice or have SEEK in their recent search history.

The last people to make that transition will be the players for obvious reasons.

Like it or not, Ken is closer to the end than beginning so whipping that horse is futile.
People have long memories, dont find yourself on the outer to persue a lost cause.

Now today's Port Adelaide 👇

“I'm not giving up” " i didn't hear “the white noise” from those supporters

~Ken Hinkley

It just shows the lack of intelligence and what they know about the game - and it's very, very little... have a look at yourself.

~ Charlie Dixon

"We've been around the club for five or six years now, and we've seen these periods, especially with Ken and our supporter base. I wouldn't say it's anything unusual"

~ Zac Butters

Ken Presser - If you watch it. What are your thoughts, personally I’ve learnt nothing from it.

Cleary declaring that there will be a Port board meeting on Monday if St Kilda win.
If there is any truth that internally we're thinking Ken would be sacked or close to sacked after losing to the Saints, it truly shows we're run by idiots.

Some late season pointless wins, a few more weeks of losses. None of it matters. We've seen 260+ games of this coach. We know where we stand with him, there is nothing that could happen in the next period that could change the fact we will need a new coach.

Don't judge me on me 260 games of evidence, judge me on me rd 16 game against 13th. Unless we lose, then judge me on how good I am to keep a list of spuds competitive.

Surely it's more about optics, payouts, etc, at this point. I think the decision has more or less been made, it's just about managing it from here.
