This weekend the Tigers will look to get back on the winners list as they take on the 20th placed Collingwood side in what is a must win match to keep us in contention for direct qualification for the VFL finals.

After fielding just 4 AFL listed players last week, the side gets a much needed boost with Pickett Maurice McAuliffe Cumberland & Sonsie all coming in to the side, while Jagga Smith will play his 2nd straight game at the level as he continues his push for the National Draft in November.

The ground has been given a bit of a break this week due to the weather but will still be quite heavy under foot so it will likely be a bit of a slog especially with more rain leading into the game.

If you're heading in for the AFL game, it may be worth getting down to Punt Road early and giving the boys a bit of support. If not the game will be live streamed on the AFL site from 10am.

Can still finish in the top 6 and avoid the Wildcard round if we win the last 3 against Pies, Sandy and Carlton.
Will need to make up a game and % on Box Hill and Willy

Box Hill play Williamstown this week so can draw level on points with one of them

The last 2 weeks
Willy - North (home) and GWS (home)
BH - GWS (away) and Werribee (home)

Good to see how Sonsie, Smith, McAuliffe go together. Shame there is no recognised ruckman. Would have been good if Naismith was available to truly gauge how well they play together.
Yeah that’s the only downfall

We still should smash 2nd bottom Collingwood and hs supporters deserve it to be honest after the year we’ve had in the 1’s

Really hope MRJ, Cumbo and the boys tear those cocky pricks a new asswhole
