Salary cap is the other consideration. Would be interesting to know how much space we create if mooted departures in Marchbank, Martin and Cuningham were all to leave. Given their age they'd be on bigger contracts than newbies so would free up some space, it's just whether it's enough or not.

Surely those 3 wages accumulate to what Petracca gets per season.

I know what my preference would be when spending a million per year….

I guess the comments by Weitering and Cripps about our leaders taking unders, sticking together etc doesn't carry much weight with club culture.

This would hurt the club to do it, let alone the negative impact on field. Hope it isn't true (H for Petracca that is.)
