There may have been a few boys considering other offers over at Sunshine but with the signing of Jacobs everyone is buzzing and waiting for preseason to start. Donovan is loved down at Kangas and will be missed on and off field if he leaves. We have been mediocre the last few seasons showing...
hey bloodhound, do you think i am talking trash? were you there? mckern said "get up you weak c u n t, typical colbo stay down". tough words to a bloke who is unconscious. and how do i know? cos the bloke that told me has 2 lumps in the back of the head from bumping the fat dog.
benny is ok he hit his head on the ground when slung in a tackle. was out for a while didnt look good, went to hospital in ambulance. will miss this week but will be right after that.
d i c khead marcus mckern was calling him weak while he was knocked out and ran over to grab him and pick him...
yes definately a player to look out for in the future, played ones at colbo most of last year as a 16 year old, is now at assumtion and was tearing it up until he injured his shoulder.
ya may wish him all the best but surely no one would be happy with it. yeah hes played 300 games and served the club well which is all the more reason to finish off at that club, through thick and thin, not play for the arch rival.
Get a grip. Not sure if the mounts supporters have a memory but there was a big bloke recruited last year who spat , punched and kneed players and no mention that he was no good for footy. What a joke locky would not blow wind up what Dalton did in his limited stint at mounts.
couldnt have...
ha all you blokes bad mouth lock on here but would never say anything to his face i bet. by far the best player in the comp and should win the cheatley. if he was so dirty why didnt he get reported? well done to mounts they were awesome. bad day for colbo all round so write us off if ya like but...
i did see slater there on the weekend and apparently he is definately on the way back, wanted to play on the weekend but obviously couldnt fit him in. i think hell add a touch of class to our reserves midfield when he returns.
i see the great roderick doak snagged a few on the weekend, i thought he was playing down back. i know he fancys himself as a forward, apparently a bit too lazy to man up down back. any thoughts?
Sides that can win premierships with locals are few and far between - Mounts, Rochy, Gisborne are the exceptions.
you should come into the colbo pub and look at the premiership sides on the wall and count the locals buddy. ps. youre gonna get plenty of shit from the elmore boys for your other...
you do the math, if theres 22 players on a field theres a fair chance youre gonna get penalised. try 7 gun recruits plus 11 locals on the field, maybe squeeze the other 4 locals on the bench. bang theres your answer smarty pants!
colbo werent handy against heathcote, they were ordinary and were missing doak, jacobs, millar among others so i would definately not be judging them off that game. thats the worst youre gonna see of them this year.
i also heard the same rumour, but also heard that mr hall is close to playing for heathcote as well. furthermore, he also has close associations with a few colbo boys and would probably prefer to play there but knows he wont get the right money.
Re: Western Region Football League team
good to see sunshine really tested themselves on the weekend against some really tough opposition in tongala. managed to salvage a draw thanks to the heroics of there full back. the skinniest man to ever pull on a footy jumper and not be killed, adam...
you must have a very unreliable source to pull stringy hill out of the bag mate. no i havent had the pleasure of playing with snoop doaky doak but i do venture down to watch him most weekends. pretty handy backman
thanks for your feedback guys, im pretty sure he'll go round another year, only because he's still on a high from his winning goal heroics against heathcote in the final. what a legend
im sorry to offend any elmore boys and i know its just opinions here but feva- best kick, and longford- best backman in the league is an absolute laugh. i'd prefer weiss and pedretti ahead of longford, and thats only from elmore! feva tries to kick it too hard and when its not rolling along the...
ive heard that big man ryan hayes is uncertain about a return to elmore this year, is living in melbourne and is being chased by a couple of metro clubs one being sunshine. heard that from a very very reliable source. anyone else know about this?
