I don't know why some players are deciding to hold onto the ball under pressure than give it off to someone when clearly they will get tackled,De boer and Pav are just 2 examples that happened this week.
Happy with the win and the first and last qtrs showed that they are still working hard to...
Really!he was in tears from the Booing?I'm sure he knew it would happen.
I did think they went on about it too much but the media usually frown upon it and I agree it wasn't in poor taste.
I find it puzzling that they boo Watson but gave Cousins a standing ovation.Jacko said it was different...
I agree.he didnt get much of it and made a couple of mistakes you expect from a young player.I liked the long pass to dawes in the 50 from the centre(they said it was Watts).
Fair enough,I would of jumped up and down after all the hate posts I've done, that being zero.Next time I see an experienced defender doing something very stupid like leaving his man to spoil and getting caught in between,I'll keep it to myself.
I agree with others that the Bronx cheer was poor.
I think JA is putting to much pressure on himself and as the game goes on gets more frustrated and angry with his game. The effort is there and I hope he gets another chance as I like Mayne,JA/Mellington and Pav with a resting Ruckman forward set up.
So everyone missed when he jogged over towards the pocket when a crows player(with a freo player on him) made a lead, leaving 2 free crows players unattended at the top of the goal square and needless to say it was an easy mark and goal.It was very dumb.
I don't have the game recorded and only go...
If Pav thought he shouldn't be captain then he wouldn't be
it's disgusting to me how people can put up crap like this about a champion player who couldn't give anymore than he has for the club including staying with us when most would of left, playing out of position, constantly putting his body...
I wouldnt call that a slide bearly slide at all, more dropping on the ball.
If the panel threw out the last one why on earth do they think this will stick..
Not making a decision on Hill and having a player short for half the game, letting Bennell run free to cut us up even when Swallow was gone,Roberton in the midfield, moving Mc Pharlin up forward who caused them grief only to move him back and replace with Mc Phee who did nothing, not having our...
Shooting at goal is the only thing he is good at surprisingly, although didnt he miss his first shot 25 mtrs out straight in front
In-Mundy,Snos
Out-Dawson,Anthony
Why not,its the intent not the impact.Scarlett threw a punch,he didnt care how bad it would hurt Ballas and Ballas clearly went for Chapman, both could of hurt the others worse than they did and didnt care.
Why should Chapman get his ribs broken or Ballas get his nose broken before a heavier...
I agree and its not like this has never been said before.
Maybe you are right but when coaches persist with players who are injured or out of form and don't have an impact on a game continually you would have to ask if he really is and why isn't he giving a young'un a go.
I'm not a big fan of Sam and the Footy show but he was spot on with what he said and the other weak bastards(not players) just sat there and said nothing.
IMO this will kill any real open discussions on the problems on regruiting Indigenous players the with the clubs, surely this will scare...
Thanks for the write up Chris
On Griffen, sometimes ruckman will stay on the 50 mtr line leaving it for the forwards,I think it's so they're ready for the possible kick-in and can have a quick rest.
On the radio it sounded like we were getting smashed at times in the clearances, what did you think...
Obviously injuries effected the whole year, amazing stats though.
Harvey did what every other coach would of done with injured players whether he played them or not,it's not like Lyon hasn't played injured players who aren't having the same impact as they usually do.
I don't believe that harvey...
